With an extensive amount of angling experience for a younger guy, Joe started carp fishing as a youngster and becoming a graduate of the Korda carp acadamy in 2013, honing his skills further over the past 10 years. With a passion for the sport it was always his intention growing up, to one day take up some kind of role within the industry. In his early angling years Joe progressed from venue to venue as most do, until he found himself fishing a snaggy intimate pit in the heart of Essex. It quickly became apparent that dropping leads would be key in landing the carp in this particular environment. Still a young angler at the time it soon became costly dropping leads, so he started to make them from scratch for himself. At first providing leads locally to friends, Joe realised he had a flare for the skill and a talent when it came to producing quality finishes to the leads he was making.

In 2015 Leads4less was established, and began it's journey into what it is today, now with thousands of returning customers, who have all come to expect the professional quality and high standards that Joe delivers. The countless hours that he dedicates into handcrafting each and every lead to meet his ever growing clientele is driven by pure passion, and despite the thousands of leads that are produced on a weekly bases the fantastic quality Joe maintains in nothing short of exceptional. Due to the nature of how the business started he takes great pride providing his products at very affordable prices, this coupled with excellent customer relations, personally dealing with all orders and customer enquiries is a model that has seen Leads4less become a top provider of quality carp fishing leads.

Despite the hard work and time involved in maintaining a successful fishing company, Joe gets out on to the bank when he can. Fishing a handful of syndicates in and around Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire,Joe has limited time, however he still makes time to visit venues on the contenant, with a real taste for big public waters in France and vast stretches Belgium canal.
